Supply Chain Executive & Founder, Corvino Partners
Twenty years building supply chains, leading operations, and solving the hard problems that keep businesses from scaling. Now bringing that same enterprise-level rigor to growing companies who deserve it.
The Story
Shyla Muranko didn't study supply chain from a textbook — she built it from the floor up. Her career spans more than two decades inside some of the most operationally demanding environments in logistics, metals distribution, and industrial services, where she learned that the difference between a business that scales and one that stalls is almost always execution.
At Flack Global Metals, she rose from Business Operations Manager to Director of Supply Chain over nearly 16 years — leading post-merger integrations, restructuring enterprise operations, building logistics organizations from scratch, and serving as the supply chain authority for the executive team. Along the way she delivered results that speak plainly: $2M in overhead reduction, a 14% cost savings through supplier renegotiation, and a 2.5% increase in gross profit margin through vendor rebate programs she designed and launched.
Before Flack, Shyla held logistics and operations roles at Buckeye Intermodal, Roadlink USA, and PolyOne, developing her instincts across 3PL, freight, and industrial supply chains — the kind of hands-on experience that no consulting engagement can replicate.
She founded Corvino Partners on a simple conviction: that growing businesses deserve the same caliber of strategic talent, operational thinking, and technology guidance that large enterprises take for granted. Corvino is how she makes that possible — without the overhead, the bureaucracy, or the junior handoffs.
